If you haven't yet logged in to the SolarPlus app, check your emails for your 'Welcome to SolarPlus' email.
This will give you a registration key and link to set up your username and password for the app.
Once that registration process is completed, log in at:

Note that this account management portal has a separate login to the SolarPlus app, using your email address.
